A novel Japanese invention, this fish roaster pan is used extensively in Asian kitchens for cooking not only fish but barbeque flavored meats and vegetables. The surface of the pan resembles a barbeque grill, the slightly lowered bottom is deep enough to fill with some water to catch the drippings before they flame. Easy to clean. Made in Japan.
